Reflexology is a deeply relaxing complementary therapy, designed to help you slow down, unwind and enjoy some time for yourself.
During your treatment, Marian uses gentle pressure and massage techniques on reflex points on the feet. The treatment is soothing and unhurried, offering a calming experience for both body and mind.
Each one-hour session gives you the opportunity to switch off from everyday life and simply relax.

Meet Marian.
Marian Gilbert trained and qualified as a holistic therapist, specialising in aromatherapy and reflexology, as a young mother. She went on to build a successful practice in the UK before moving to Canada, where she spent many years practising in resort spas and wellness centres.
Throughout her career, Marian has continued to develop her treatments and learn new techniques. She believes strongly in the benefits of therapeutic touch and creating a calming experience for both body and mind.
